Privacy notice
This notice covers this website and the request form on it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role, and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose, which is to answer your request. That might mean replying to your question or preparing the Prospect Survey you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask about.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow up question, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are used by us to handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any web request carries.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to paula.gray@saasprospecting.co, or send the request through our contact form. If you reply "stop" to anything we send you, we will not contact you again.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page first.
